I am advised that the laptop incorporate an internal card enabling it to access wireless systems but I am not sure how to check that it is enabled. The laptop is wireless enabled to access other systems it picks up in the area but not the sky wireless despite sky technicians attempts to make the router connection with me. Can anyone advise me how I can access a manual for this laptop or how I can check the wireless card is enabled?
