BlackBerry Storm Review – Iphone Rival Blackberry Storm at Vodafone UK
Written by Mark
Blackberry phones have been a treat for the hardworking generation of corporate executives, now the new Blackberry Storm is a treat for the spoiled boys and girls who would like to get things done not by lifting a finger but their thumbs. In reality the Storm is a very capable handset with many impressive features.
The main highlight of the Storm is the all screen keypad which is an exclusive addition to the new line of Blackberry handsets.

Storm’s Navigation
Although the touchscreen option seems impressive but the touchscreen is not so sensitive as the Iphone or any other touchscreen phone, yet takes a little getting used to before you can fly. The touchscreen featured in Storm is a little different from other touchscreens such as the Iphone where you can sweep your fingers across the screen in a flow to navigate around the options, but the Strom requires you to actually press the screen and let it pop back before you can attempt another click. It’s not a major issue but the whole idea of the screen popping back and forth is a new feature and we think it’s quite unique and kinda cool.

Another associated feature with the navigation is the use of the touchscreen as a mouse trackpad similar to a touchpad in laptops, so when the cursor is enabled on the screen, you can easily move the cursor around by touching anywhere on the screen. It has a built in context sensitive mechanism to precisely move the cursor without getting buried under your finger.
