Acer has unveiled their latest 10.1-inch Aspire One netbook, the Acer Aspire One D250. The D250 is a notch up from the previous D150 model, introducing the new Intel Atom N280 (1.66GHz) CPU and WWAN connectivity.
Feature wise, the Acer D250 features than Atom N280 160GH Hard Disk, up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, and the Intel 945GSE chipset. The price range is well within the budget, it is a cheap laptop deal as compared to other netbooks with similar features.
Design
The Acer Aspire One D250 is a super slim and high-end netbook, at its thickest body part it measures less than one inch, and weighs about 2.5lb with a large 6-cell battery, and only 2.2lbs with the 3-cell battery. It has some cool display options with a 10-inch WSVGA LCD with LED backlighting, for a dazzlingly crisp, bright display. The display is powered by an integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics chipset. Its lightweight design and travel-friendly features are a major selling point.

The Acer AOD250 Netbook comes with a powerful Intel Atom N280 processor, with a speed of 1.66 GHz, Cache Size of 512 kB and Bus Speed of 667 MHz. Furthermore, Acer AOD250 has Microsoft Windows 7 Starter operating system installed, making it extremely easy to work on.
Storage Space and Memory
Acer AOD250 has an installed memory of 1 GB and capacity to extend upto 2 GB. It uses the DDR2 memory technology. Other options include three USB ports, an Ethernet port, a VGA adapter, and an SD/Memory Stick slot.
